Step 1 : Open file

Upon receiving earnest deposit from tenant/buyer, submit the following via email:

• Signed LOR/LOP

• Co-Agency Letter (if applicable)

• Sales / Rental Submission form (Google form)

• Copy of cheque/bank-in slip

Step 2 : Commission Claim

Within 7 days upon completion of transaction, submit the following via email:

• Signed and stamped TA/SPA

• AMLA form

• IC copy of clients

Step 3 : Claim Payout

For complete submissions received before Friday 6pm, the claim payout will be processed on every Monday. (if no consent is needed)

REN to receive commission on the same week.

• Project Sales Submission form (Google form)

• Copy of cheque/bank-in slip

Step 2 : Commission Claim

Within 7 days upon completion of transaction, submit the following via email:

• Date of execution SPA

Step 3 : Claim Payout

Subsequently, the company will issue invoice to the developer and will proceed to follow-up closely with the commission payout.
