CloutHaus Residences will consist of two towers: Tower 1 (58-storey) with 242 units and a 548-key hotel, and Tower 2 (66-storey) with 615 serviced apartments. 

Tower 2 will have studio to 3-bedroom apartments (549-1,216 sq ft) at RM2,900 psf, with a maintenance fee of 80 sen psf. Facilities include an explorer playhouse, sky lounge, sky bar, karaoke, wine lounge, gym, pilates studio, games room, mahjong room, golf simulator, music room, dining lounge, trellis lounge, infinity pool, sky Jacuzzi, spa, floating lounge, and wading pool.
